Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • International addresses

2. Shipping Rates

  • Orders $49 and over: Free shipping (UPS Ground or USPS or FedEX)
  • Orders under $49: Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

3. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders are fulfilled the same business day or the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays may be processed the following business day.
  • During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order ships:

  • East Coast & Midwest: 1–3 business days
  • South & Central US: 2–4 business days
  • West Coast: 5–7 business days

These are estimates only. Syessa is not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
  • Track your order directly on the UPS or USPS or FedEx website using the tracking number provided.
  • We use Klaviyo to send you automatic notifications at every stage - when your order is placed, when it ships, when it's out for delivery, and when it's delivered.

6. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Syessa is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at contact@syessa.com or call (201) 406-5944. We can only make changes before the order is fulfilled.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Once a carrier marks your package as Delivered, Syessa’s responsibility ends.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a successful delivery scan.
  • If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must report it within 24 hours of the carrier marking your order as Delivered.
  • Email contact@syessa.com or text (201) 406-5944 with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.

9. Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Items

  • We ship chocolates and heat-sensitive products during spring, Fall & Winter. NOT SUMMER.
  • Syessa is not responsible for melting or heat damage during transit.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for heat-related damage.
  • If ordering during warm months, we recommend not to order.
