Refund policy

IMPORTANT: We sell health, wellness, food, and personal care products. Most items cannot be returned once opened. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. What Can Be Returned

Only the following are eligible for return:

  • Sealed, unopened products in original packaging
  • Wrong item sent by Syessa
  • Item arrived visibly defective and reported within 24 hours of delivery

2. What Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements, vitamins, or OTC products
  • Opened food or grocery items
  • Chocolates or heat-sensitive items (no exceptions — see melt policy below)
  • Personal care products that have been opened or used
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items without original packaging

3. Two Separate Time Windows — Read Carefully

We have two different deadlines depending on the issue:

24-Hour Window — Damage, Missing Items, Wrong Item

Any claim involving a damaged package, missing item, wrong item, or delivery issue must be reported within 24 hours of the carrier marking your order as Delivered.

Claims reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund, replacement, or investigation. No exceptions.

30-Day Window — Sealed/Unopened Returns Only

If you received a sealed, unopened item you no longer want, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Customer pays return shipping. Refund is issued upon receipt and inspection.

4. How to File a Claim

Email contact@syessa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

5. Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive products

We ship chocolates year-round. By purchasing, you accept the following:

  • Syessa is not responsible for melting caused by heat during transit
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for melted chocolates
  • If you are ordering during warm months, we recommend selecting expedited shipping at your own cost

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Syessa is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a successful delivery scan by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

7. Shipping Policy

  • We ship within the United States only.
  • Orders of $49 or more ship free. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout for orders below $49.
  • Most orders are fulfilled the same or next business day.
  • East Coast and Midwest: 1–3 business days via UPS Ground or USPS or FedEx.
  • West Coast: up to 5–7 business days.
  • A tracking number will be emailed when your order is shipped. Allow 6 hours for tracking number to be activated by the carrier.
