How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, you agree to recurring charges at the selected frequency (monthly, every 2 months, etc.) until you cancel.
Your card is charged automatically on each billing date. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by:
- Logging into your account at syessa.com → Manage Subscriptions
- Emailing contact@syessa.com with your order number
- Text or call (201) 406-5944
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Important — No Refunds on Processed Orders
If your billing date has passed and your order has already been processed or shipped, that charge is non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for subscription orders that have been fulfilled.
Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription instead of cancelling through your account portal.
Changes to Your Subscription
To change frequency, quantity, or address — email contact@syessa.com before your next billing date.
Confirmation of Cancellation
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, contact us immediately. Syessa is not responsible for cancellations that were not confirmed.
